The Vibro Sifter consists of a motor that drives an eccentric weight assembly, creating vibrations. These vibrations are transmitted to the screen assembly, which is composed of multiple screens or decks with different mesh sizes. As the material to be separated is fed onto the top screen, the vibratory motion causes it to spread out and move progressively down the screen surface.
Smaller particles, which can pass through the mesh openings, fall through the screen, forming the undersize fraction. Larger particles, unable to pass through the mesh, continue moving towards the discharge end, forming the oversize fraction. By adjusting the angle of the weights and the screen inclination, operators can control the flow of material and optimize the separation process.
