Application
The RMG operates on a principle of agitation and high-speed rotation. The powders or granules to be granulated are loaded into the mixing bowl. As the impeller and chopper blades rotate at high speed, they create a vigorous mixing action, ensuring uniform distribution of all ingredients.
During the mixing process, a binding solution or solvent can be sprayed onto the powders, causing them to agglomerate and form granules. The chopper blades help in the size reduction of the granules and break down any oversized particles. The granules are continuously mixed and granulated until the desired particle size and consistency are achieved.
