The Multi Mill operates on the principle of variable force swing beaters rotating within a cylindrical screen or perforated sieve. The material to be processed is fed into the milling chamber through a hopper. The rotating blades or beaters inside the milling chamber create a high-speed impact and shearing action, breaking down the particles.
The particles that are smaller than the perforations of the sieve pass through and are collected as the final product. Larger particles are continuously reduced in size as they are subjected to repeated impact and collisions with the rotating blades and the screen. The Multi Mill is equipped with different mesh screens to achieve the desired particle size.
